Seray Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Seray is a campus events, clubs, and student-connection app from ThriveWell Together (“we,” “us”). This policy describes the information we collect when you use the Seray mobile app and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the following when you create and use a Seray account:

We do not collect your phone number, precise location, device advertising ID, payment card details, or your phone’s address book. Event reminders are scheduled on your device. Calendar access is used only to add an event you choose.

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.

How we share information

We store and process account data with Amazon Web Services (Cognito, AppSync, and related databases) so the app can run. Other students may see your display name if you are friends or if you mark yourself as going to an event. Club admins can see engagement related to their club (for example, that a student saved an event), not your onboarding health or identity answers.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users or the service.

How long we keep information

We keep account information until you delete your account. You can delete your account in Seray under Profile → Account. After deletion, we remove or de-identify personal data except where we must keep a limited record (for example, to complete a deletion request or meet a legal obligation).

Your choices

Children

Seray is for university students. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Contact

Questions about this policy or your data: use Feedback in the Seray app (Profile), visit Support, or email thrivewelltechnology@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as Seray changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
